TC - 45 OWNS HIGH RIGIDITY,HIGH PRECISION FRAME DESIGN.
Our Machine Center is One-piece main body,low gravity 30 degree slant bed provide spindle and turret stable
accuracy.
Through FEM analysis optimize machine structure design, maintain stable rigidity duringnheavy duty cutting,
also guaranty high accuracyand longer tool life.
All machine main body adopt FC30 Mihanna iron casting with stiffener to enhance machine structure, heat
balance design satisfy long time machining requirement. FC30 iron casting also effective reduce vibration and prevent
machine deformation.
X axis and Z axis driven by AC servo motors, provide powerful feed rate and acceleration and deceleration movement precision control. Absolute coordinate encoder instead limited switch, avoid limited switch damage also save time from needless zero point return when machine turn on.
