Product Description Alkali Resistant AR Glass Fiber RovingAlkali-resistant glass fiber is a kind of ribbing material used to strengthen the concrete, its advantages lie in alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, tensile and flexural resistance, frost and crack resistance, etc., and can be designed to be stronger, which can replace asbestos and steel. Concrete is a brittle material, adding alkali-resistant glass fiber can effectively improve its mechanical properties. Alkali-resistant glass fiber relies on its advantages to become a new type of material widely used to reinforce road concrete. In order to ensure the reinforcing effect of alkali-resistant glass fibers and the safety and reliability of the structure, it is necessary to keep the glass fibers in the concrete for a long period of time to maintain the strength and toughness, however, the cementitious materials used in the project will corrode the alkali-resistant glass fibers, impairing the stability of the material's performance and reducing the strength of the material. Application Alkali-resistant glass fiber roving is used for the production of GRC elements in the manual spraying technique or for the production of GRC elements in automated processes. Suitable for the reinforcement of low alkalinity cements with aluminum sulfate salts, the product is based on reinforced strength and is designed for optimal production capacity for the production of GRC wall panels and other building elements, civil engineering and infrastructure components. Packaging & Shipping AR Fiberglass Spray up roving is designed to be unwound internally. They are protected by a shrink-wrap polythene film which should not be removed when used. Each roving is identified by an individual label and packed in a carton. AR Fiberglass Spray up roving 16.7% is white colour but an orange colour is used on labels and shrink-wrap to aid identification. Pallet Packaging:Each pallet has 3 or 4 levels ,16rolls /level.The complete pallet is enclosed in polythene and identified with two labels.
Storage:Need to be stored in the original packaging, to keep the internal dry, the best place in the temperature of 15ºC -35ºC, relative humidity in the environment between 35%-65%. If the product is stored in a low temperature environment (below 15 degrees Celsius), it is best to store 24 hours in the production workshop before it is used in order to prevent condensation.
