When the hand hoist lifts the weight, clockwise pull the manual chain, the hand sprocket rotation, counterclockwise pull the chain, the brake seat is separated from the brake pad, the ratchet is stationary under the action of the ratchet claw, and the five-tooth long shaft drives the lifting sprocket to run in the opposite direction, so as to smoothly drop the weight. The hand hoist generally adopts ratchet friction vane unidirectional brake, which can brake itself under load. The pawl engages with the ratchet under the action of the spring to make the brake work safely. Hand hoist has the characteristics of safe and reliable, easy maintenance, high mechanical efficiency, low tension of the bracelet, lighter weight to carry, beautiful appearance and small size, durable, suitable for factories, mines, construction sites, docks, shipyards, warehouses, etc. used as installation machines, lifting goods, especially for open air and no power operations, but also shows its advantages. The main parts of the hand hoist are made of alloy steel materials, and the chain uses 800 mpa high-strength lifting chain. The material is generally 20M2, and the chain is of medium frequency quenching heat treatment, low wear and anti-corrosion.
