3E's waste tire recycling production line is high quality and efficient with whole line by CE certification. It can be according to customer's requirements to recycling waste tires of 400-3000mm in diameter. Output size can be controlled in the range of 5-100mmm, and the capacity can reach to 200-10000kg/h. The line is able to automatic separate rubber, wire and nylon fibers effectively. And whole line adopt to the PLC control system for easily operation and maintenance with advantages of low energy consumption and long service life.

Application: Modified asphalt, Rubber floor tile, Rubber product which is produced by replacing raw rubber with rubber powder, Reclaimed rubber, and so on.

Main equipment:

Crocodile shears	Cut the tires into small pieces to facilitate follow-up subsequent USAise.owon (beads) line with capacity 3,000kgproduction line with 3000kgmachine processing, it can handle the tires with maximum diameter of 3700mm.
Debeader	The debeader is for taking out two pieces of thick steel wires around the tire bead. The main purpose is to protect the blades of the two shaft shredder and the crusher.
Tire bead debeader	Cutting out the wire from the tire bead. The main purpose is to protect the blades of the Two shaft shredder and the Crusher, it can handle the tires with maximum diameter of 3700mm.
Two shaft shredder	Size reduction. A powerful two shaft shredder is used to shred the tyres into smaller pieces (50-200mm) which is easier for following process and prepare them for the rubber/steel separation stage.
LGF Rasper	Rubber/Steel separation. It's the second shredding stage is designed to shear the steel from the rubber by using a rasper. Following this stage the rubber, steel and fibre will be in a loose mix ready for further separation.
Rubber crusher	Rubber granulation. The rubber is now free from steel and fibre but will not be a uniform size. We use a rubber granulator to determine the size of the granulate that is required. Normally between 2mm - 4mm.
Rubber miller	You can add further value to your rubber by milling it into rubber powder. Rubber powder has a wider range of applications and as such carries higher rebate values. A milling machine is used to turn the rubber granulate into 40 - 80 mesh rubber powder.
