Basic configuration: electric control box, paper feeding by servo, expressway, gluing device, forming device, paper delivery and delivery device.
Equipment special device (hot melt adhesive can be customized to produce 90 degree boxes)
The equipment uses the Siemens PLC touch screen set of electrical appliances, Delta servo motors and drivers, Omron photocell and CHINT low-voltage electrical components + man-machine interface.
(The machine track uses an imported chain to push paper, and if there is an error in the front and rear double-gloss paper, it will stop immediately without causing waste.
The bearing adopts domestic Harbin bearing, Wafangdian bearing, imported one-way bearing configuration to ensure the quality of the machine.
