a.Axes Y for regulating wheel frame servo feed, min. 0.001mm.
b.Axis X for feeding of grinding wheel dresser.
c.Axis Z for reciprocating of grinding wheel dresser.

2.1Machine body
Casting, natural aging and artificial heat treatment for reasonable deformation and better durability
2.2. GW and RW(Regulating wheel).
GW and RW are cantilever type ,easier for wheel changing.
GW fixed on the machine bed, with better reliability and stability.
Adopts multi-pieces bush-bearings for the wheel spindle, better rigidity for grinding durability
2.3. Feeding
The cross shaped roller guideway & ball screw equipped servo motor supports the regulating wheel feeding & ball screw equipped servo motor supports the regulating wheel feeding.

2.4. Dressing for GW and RW
GW dresser: Servo motor drives ball-screw for feeding and reciprocating.
RW dresser:hand wheel for dresser feeding,gear motor for reciprocating.

Operation panel with dials and touch screen for grinding, dressing,feeding, etc. Adjusting.
