Description of multi-layer fabric conveyor belt(EP/NN/CC):
The design of multi-ply fabric conveyor belt enables application in all areas of mateial handing.lt consists of rubbercover,carcass and core rubber.

Classified by canvas type:
1. EP conveyor belt:
EP canvas core conveyor belt: with high initial modulus, good thermal stability of the belt body size, and impact resistance, it is used for conveying materials under medium to long distance, large capacity, and high-speed conditions.
Applied to the transportation of materials in coal, mining, ports, metallurgy, power, chemical and other fields.
2. NN conveyor belt:
Nylon canvas core conveyor belt: The belt is lightweight, elastic, strong, impact resistant, and has good groove shape. Suitable for conveying materials over medium to long distances, large transport volumes, and high-speed conditions. There are nylon 6 canvas core and nylon 66 canvas core. The strengths of the two are roughly equal. However, nylon 66 has better thermal dimensional stability.
Widely used in mining, coal yards, chemical, metallurgical, construction, ports and other sectors.

3. CC conveyor belt:
Cotton canvas core conveyor belt: a traditional type of conveyor belt suitable for conveying non corrosive and non spiky block, granular, and powder materials at room temperature, such as coal, coke, sand and gravel, cement, etc.
