This advanced product features a semi-closed vertical machining center with X, Y, and Z three-axis servo direct control. Equipped with three-axis linear ball guides, it boasts a wide load-bearing rail span for high precision and heavy-duty applications. Its compact structure and well-designed dimensions ensure optimal performance. The spindle, driven by a servo motor through a timing belt, allows for seamless clamping of diverse parts such as discs, boards, housings, cams, and molds. This versatile machine is perfect for drilling, milling, boring, expanding, reaming, and rigid tapping. It excels in producing medium and small batch products, catering to the machining of complex and high-precision parts. Additionally, an optional fourth rotary axis can be added to meet the specific requirements for special parts.
CNC Control System
