Working principle of rain test chamber
The rain test chamber simulates the erosion effect of rainwater or sewage in different environments by spraying water or soaking the tested product in water, in order to test whether the waterproof performance of the product meets the standard. The specific working principle includes:

Spray test: Use a spray device to spray the product from all directions, simulate the impact of rainwater, and evaluate the waterproof performance of the product.
High pressure water spray: Use a high-pressure nozzle to spray water on the product and simulate the impact of the strong water flow sprayed by the high-pressure water gun on the product.

The rain test chamber is widely used for testing the waterproof performance of automotive components, including but not limited to:
Car lights: To prevent the intrusion of rainwater and car wash water, IPX5 or IPX6 levels are usually selected for testing.
