Medical Pure Steam Sterilizer
Product Application
This series of pure steam sterilizers is suitable for running in hundred-grade clean range and other high-standard site. It is used for treatment of biological products, utensils, sterile gown, medical appliance, medical dressing and articles without heat source on the basis of moist heat sterilization. It adopts touch screen, PLC, miniprinter to inspect pressure, temperature and print records for whole sterilization course, conforming to the requirements of national GMP specification.

Steam Pressure: 0.3-0.5Mpa
Designed Pressure: 0.25Mpa
Water pressure: 0.15-0.3Mpa
Working Pressure: 0.23Mpa
Compressed Air Pressure: 0.5-0.7Mpa
Working Temperature: 134ºC

Main Features
1. The inner chamber is made of 316L or 304 stainless steel, the jacket is made of 345R material special for pressure vessel. Stainless steel wiring-drawing plate for decoration case. There is GMP confirmation port access for the users to confirm the equipment.
2. Steam enters the sterilizer via two pipelines. The inner chamber is fed with pure steam, whose pipelines, valves and instruments are made of316L material. The jacket is fed with industrial steam, whose pipelines are made of 304 stainless steel
3. Completed functions of recording, printing and storing. Temperature, time and pressure graph can be printed.
4. Two ways recorders.
5. Traceability of the manufacturing process and program control.
