We have professional QC Staffs, there are 4 processes we focus our attention on 1: Checking the bulk fabrics' quality before production, such as fabric composition, color fastness of washing and light etc 2: Checking the logos' production, such as thread or printing colors, embroidery trim clean etc 3: Checking the sewing process, seam properties, strength of attachment etc. 4: Checking the finished garments after steam ironing, but before packing. |
