4.Intelligent constant twisting force prevent explosion piece, greatly reduce explosion piece rate;
5.Use automatic exemption grinding wheel, greatly improve production efficientcy;
6.Intelligentialized automatic thickness detection system, the best accuracy resolution is up to 0.001um. Make sure mass production item thickness size tolerance have stable TTV;
7.Man-machine interface program control system can realize antomatic tool sitting, self-compensate the grinding wheel wear thickness size, automatic adjust work piece lapping speed, test lappingtwisting force, thus prevent workpiece from deformation and damage caused by high pressure when lapping.
