Hydraulic System 1. Our oil pump, sourced from an American joint venture, showcases remarkable resilience to high pressure with impressively low noise levels.
3. Featuring the renowned sealing elements from Japan NOK , our oil cylinder boasts low wear and zero leakage. Crafted with precision using Japan Toshiba's five-axis linkage and Dari M132/300 CNC lathe, the cylinder's inner surface is honed to perfection while the piston rod's exterior is polished through vibration grinding.

Crowning Table
+1(V) axis: Our mechanical tie rod deflection compensation worktable ensures precise machining accuracy across the workpiece. Comprising multiple wedge sets driven by a motor, the system forms ideal convex curves along the worktable's length based on system signals. This approach offsets working table deformation under stress, enhancing part quality by adjusting worktable-slider winding compensation as per ground pressure. The numerical control device manages the convex device's pre-convex amount by inputting data about sheet thickness, lower die opening, and tensile strength into the system, automatically determining the bending force and compensation values for exact pre-bulge every bend.
