Product Description PROCESSING PRINCIPLE
As the temperature drops, rubber and plastic parts undergo hardening, becoming brittle and crystallized, thereby losing flexibility. During this brittle phase, they easily break under external force. The cryogenic deflashing machine leverages this principle, as the flash on molded products, being thinner, becomes brittle faster at low temperatures. The machine operates when the flash is brittle but the products remain flexible. High-speed projected special plastic media efficiently strike and clear the brittle flash, removing it without damaging the product, thus ensuring a pristine finish.
