This SMF series pulverizer is widely used in rubber industry. It is also suitable for PE, PP, PVC flakes into powder.
The principle of the pulverizer is to drive the cutter head by the spindle equipped with imported precision bearings. Under the driving of the cutter head, the movable knife rotates at a high speed and is tangent to the fixed cutter, so that the incoming materials are strongly collided and milled. Powder, through the combination of wind and water cooling, effectively control the material crushing temperature, to ensure that the quality of the material to be crushed does not change, the machine is equipped with automatic feeding, discharging and automatic screening back grinding system, greatly reducing labor intensity. The whole grinding process is completely closed, no dust leakage, and when the refueling is cleaned, it is only necessary to open the door cover for maintenance. The host start is started in a new triangle mode, which greatly reduces the current when the motor starts.

1. The machine can grind various soft and hard materials into powders of 10mesh to 100mesh at room temperature;

4. The machine is composed of seven parts: automatic feeding, main engine, wind conveying system, cyclone separation, automatic screening, automatic coarse material grinding, and high efficiency dust removal system. It has a high degree of automation and a small area;
5. The sharpener is made of high quality imported steel, which has good wear resistance and is suitable for continuous operation.
6. The knife can be adjusted quickly, and the operation and maintenance are simple and easy;
7.The main shaft bearing adopts NSK, with all imported oil seals.
