Air filter cartridge HEPA13
Apply automatic production line to make make mini pleated cartridge, black carboard framework, foam wrapped on the back edge to provide positive seal, electrostactic high quality material to promise high efficiency,HEPA materials are available in six types: PP filter paper, glass fiber, compound PP+PET filter paper, meltblown+polyester non-woven, meltblown+glass fiber,PTFE(Washable )
Product Desription:HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) for the dust which is more than 0.3 micron, the filtration efficiency can be as high as 99.97%, is a good air purification product.
HEPA can be divided into three materials: PP filter paper, glass fiber and composite PP + PET filter paper, and it can be made into a variety of shapes according to customer requirements.
Features:low wind resistance, high dust holding capacity, high filtration precision, and it can be processed into various sizes and shapes according to customer needs, and suitable for different models.
Usage:HEPA is widely used in air purifiers, central air conditioning, clean plant and other fields, and it is used to remove dust and pollen;
Combine the HEPA and active carbon honeycomb together, it not only has the filter function to remove dust and pollen, but also has the function of removal of formaldehyde, ammonia, toluene, trimethylamine and smell of cigarettes and other harmful gases.
Combine the HEPA and Nano silver sponge primary efficiency mesh together, it cannot only remove the dust and pollen filter, but also can inhibit and kill Staphylococcus aureus, E. coli and other harmful bacteria.

1. How to make an inquiry of wire mesh or machine?
You need to provide material, mesh number, wire diameter, size and the quantity to ask an offer. You can also indicate if you have any special requirements. We'll provide formal quotation list after your inquiry received.
2. Can you provide free sample?
Yes, we can provide free sample in half A4 size for wire mesh together with our catalog. But the courier charge will be on your side.
3. How is your Payment Term?
Generally, our payment term is T/T and 30% in advance and the balance?70% against the copy of B/L. Other payment term we can also discuss.
4. How is your delivery time?
We always prepare enough stock material for your urgent requirement, the delivery time is 7-15 days for all stock material. We'll check with our production department for the non-stock items to offer you the exact delivery time and producing schedule.
