You can instantly feed materials upon turning on the machine, whereas traditional machines with heaters require approximately 20 minutes to heat the chamber. 2) Significantly reduces smoke production. 3) Minimizes odor emission during operation. 4) Optional heater integration for processing wet foam materials, as the heater can elevate the internal chamber temperature for enhanced efficiency.
Our Foam Heat Melt Equipment is equipped with dual crushing shafts in the hopper, ensuring optimal material breakdown.
