The instrument was calibrated with (BaSO4) McFarland turbidity standard solution and MCF (McFarland) McFarland turbidity unit. The turbidity value of McMahon unit is shown directly. It is applicable to the determination of bacterial concentration in medical and health institutions, biological products, quarantine institutions and scientific research institutions. Instrument principle: The basic principle of this instrument is that after the measurement device is put into the sample, the beam emitted by the light source will form scattered light when it encounters the bacterial particles. The resulting 90° scattered light's turbidity signal is received by the photosensitive element. The optical signal is amplified by the circuit and processed by the single chip microcomputer to display the measured value of the turbidity.
