structural features: 1. This rubber extruder mainly consists of extrusion system, transmission system, heating and cooling system, electrical control system.
2. The machine body is installed with temperature mearsuring and indicating device. The feeding zone is equipped with side rolls for the enhancement of feeding capability.
3. The screw and bush of the extruder both adopt nitriding steel(38CrMoALA). The surface of the screw and the inner wall of the bush are both gone through nitrogen treatment to get enough strength and wear-resistance.
4. This rubber extruder adopts frequency conversion motor drive. The rotating speed can be easily regulated within the rotating speed range.
5. The whole extruder's features are compact, high in bearing capacity, stable in transmission, low noise, high efficiency.
6. The temperature of main machine and screw can be controlled by passing with steaming or cooling water.
