This production line includes a conveyor system, crushing unit with water, rinsing system, high-speed friction washing system, dewatering system, drying system, and collection and packaging systems.
For enhanced dewatering, the drying part can be equipped with the latest film squeezing compactor machine or film squeezing dryer, resulting in a higher dewatering rate. This innovative feature eliminates the need for a separate dewatering and electric heating system, reducing power consumption and improving overall economic benefits for customers.
