Product Description The fiber pillow filling production line consists of an automatic opening and feeding machine ,a pillow core filling machine, and a fiber ball machine .The total floor area is about 16 square meters. Applicable materials: 3D-15D high-fiber cotton, velvet and kapok (length 10-80mm), elastic latex particles, high-elasticity sponge particles, feathers and their mixtures. 1-5 materials can be mixed for filling.
Filling accuracy: down: ±5 g; fiber : ±10 g. This machine is suitable for products: pillow cores, cushions, outdoor sleeping bags that are filled first and then quilted, etc. The filling nozzle is modularly configured: θ61mm, θ80mm, θ90mm, θ110mm, which can be replaced without any tools according to the product size.The pillow filling machine also can be linked with streamlined equipment such as sponge crusher and down unpacking machine to realize production automation.

This machine is suitable for opening 3-15D fiber cotton. It integrates opening and feeding to improve production efficiency. The machine has a metal detection function, which can detect metal that accidentally falls in and stop running to avoid damage to the machine and extend the service life of the machine.
Automatic weighing pillow filling machine
The machine uses an ultra-large hopper with a single weighing range of about 100-2000 grams, which solves the problem of the inability to accurately quantify large-weight products in the home textile industry. It uses a PLC programmable controller and a high-precision weighing module to achieve more accurate and efficient production capacity. One person can operate two filling mouths at the same time, reducing labor and saving costs.
