Feature:
Introducing the VT-85A, a cutting-edge innovation independently crafted by our company, tailored for lead and lead-free solder and tin alloy billet production. It provides key materials for extrusion press processing, enhancing operational efficiency.
This machine integrates a robust frame, a warm-box forming device, a traction device, a cutting mechanism, a cooling system, a hydraulic system, and an advanced electrical control system.
After smelting, The process begins by opening the tin solder material valve, allowing liquid tin to flow through the guide tube into the billet casting machine's attemperator for further precision temperature adjustments, To achieve the optimal casting temperature, simply open the tin valve of the attemperator. Liquid tin will seamlessly fill the formed shell. Once fully cooled, the billet is expertly pulled out using a traction device. As it reaches the designated length, our cutting unit with precision saw blades efficiently separates the billet, which is then placed onto the shelf. The entire process is overseen by sophisticated automation, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted operation.
Equipped with an advanced control system, our machine employs PLC technology for precise monitoring of production status. All process parameters are vividly displayed on the intuitive color touch screen, allowing easy modifications to ensure optimal performance.
Depending on the solder material composition, our system allows you to configure the appropriate drawing time. This guarantees the reliability of traction, while a full automatic alarm system alerts to material shortages, ensuring the utmost safety of both equipment and personnel.
Based on the user's extrusion machine and billet length requirements, you can adjust the cutting length to meet downstream process demands. The cooling system maintains a water temperature below 30 °C, ensuring efficiency and quality.
