Mini Mineral Water Filling and Packaging Machine / Bottling PlantProduct DescriptionMachine description:1.The automatic water filling machine use direct connection technology between air conveyor and in-feeding starwheel to substitute in-feeding screw and conveyor to ease the process of bottle-size-changing. 2.Neck-hanging technology is applied in bottle transportation of the automatic water filling machine. Instead of traditional starwheel, we use neck-hanging gripper to make bottle-size-changing easily , without equipment height adjustment ,only arch board and starwheel such little nylon parts need to be changed. 3.Specially-designed rinser grippers which are made of stainless steel are firm and endurable, with no contact to screw part of the bottle to prevent second pollution in this automatic water filling machine. 4.Rapid gravity filling valve with high flow makes filling faster with accurate liquid level and without any liquid loss. 5.Splint of starwheel using twist descending way to simplify the process of bottle-size-changing. The automatic water filling machine applies to the production of purified water and mineral water. Features:1.It is adopted that direct connection between air conveyor and inlet starwheel instead of screw and conveyor chains, which is easier for bottle changing.2.There is no need to adjust the height of equipments through neck holding tech for bottle transportation. And what is only to change some spare parts.3.High speed filling line is of clamp transferring technology. Bottle shapes are more varied, and the working table inside the machine is more laconic.4.By 3-in-1 monoblock, the bottle goes through rinsing, filling and capping with little abrasion, and the transferring is stable, bottle changing is easier. Specially designed stainless steel bottle clamp dose not contact the thread parts of the bottle neck, avoiding the second contamination.5.High speed and large flow filling valve assures the high filling speed and exact fluid level.6.Parts contact with the liquid are all of excellent stainless steel or food level plastic. The electric system is of international brand and achieves the national food sanitary standard. 7.The bottle-out starwheel is of screwdown shape. When bottle size is changed, there is no need to adjust the transferring chain's height. 8.3-in-1 monoblock is composed of rinser, filler, capper, frame, sealing window, main motor and transferring system, cap unscrambler and electric control system etc. Machine show:Detailed ImagesWashing Part:The bottle enters into the rinsing part of three-in-one machine through air conveyor.The grippers take the bottles from the inlet star-wheel while they are still driven by the star-wheel, thus guaranteeing a safe grip. After the gripping, the bottle is turned upside down with 180 degree and cantred above a spraying nozzle which directs a stream of rinse water into the bottle. After the draining period the bottle is turned over to an upright position againFilling valve: Long tube filling type with 2 times filling process to make sure perfect filling level Liquid tank, filling valves, controlling rings, upgrading cylinder.High speed and mass flow filling valve ensures the high filling speed and exact fluid level. Parts contacting liquid are all made of excellent stainless steel or food grade engineering plastic. Capping Part: Rotative capping turret, suitable to the application of screw plastic caps on PET bottles The fixed part consists of the cap hopper, the cap feeder with relevant motor and the cam actuating the capping heads. The heads are raised and lowered by the action of a follower that is riding on a shaped cam.Blowing Machine with different options: 1. Semiautomatic Blowing Machine for 800BPH-2000bph from 0.2-2.5L bottle with 2 or 4 cavities. 2. Full automatic blowing machine from 2 cavity, 4 cavity, 6 cavity, 8 cavity, 9 cavity,etc from 2500BPH to 12000BPH for 500ml bottle.RO SystemBesides Water filling machine, this RO system is very important in the whole water project, we prefer you supply water analysis report from your local inspection department.This RO system we can make to match up with your water filling machine from capacity from 500L/Hr to 100000L/hr.This system included sand filter, carbon filter, sodium exchanger, precision filter, Reverse Osmosis, UV, Ozone generator, Ozonized Tower, Pure water tank.This system is made of SUS304 or SUS316 material, thickness is 2.5mm-3mm we promised.We use GNP or CNP water pump, USA DOW or HYDRANAUTICS membrane, etcSemiautomatic Labeling Machine: 1. Steam generator the water is fed into the series of wholly automatic electrical heating generator by high pressure potential vortex pump made of copper with short water-supply time and durable service.
