1. Can you print our logos on the tent?
Yes. Custom logos can be printed on curtain fabric according to your requirements.
2.Can your tent install repeatedlly?
Our tents can be assembled and dismantled and repeatedly with a small distance of transport. The service life of the aluminum frame can reach 15-20 years and 5-8 years for PVC fabrics depending on the different conditions of use.
3. What documents are available?
You can provide a full range of drawings documents, packing lists, installation manuals and certificates of relatives. The customs declaration shall be provided. We have provided a one-stop service for you.
4.Is your tent strong and stable enough? How about the wind load?
Yes. The main structures (vertical support and roof beam) are produced with high impact extruded anodized aluminium (6061/T6). So our tent structure is safe and strong and can withstand wind speed up to 100km/hr.
5. How long is the warranty period?
One year warranty. During the warranty period, we will repair and replace the damaged part accordingly due to any damage due to the quality problem. Not including man-made damage or accidents.
6. What is the life span for tents?
The service life for aluminum frame or galvanized steel frame is 15-20 years, the service life for roof cover is 8-10 years under proper use.
7. What is the delivery time?
