VTM54 series turning and milling combined machin he can complete turning, milling, drilling, boring and tapping by once set up.X/Y/Z/C 4 axis simutaneous can be rea lized.
The machine is especially suitable for turning, mill ing, drilling, boring and tapping by once set up of large sized precision and complicated part.
The main performance characteristics:
Gantry can travel back-force, with CNC Y axis. X/Y/Z/C can realize 4-axis linked machining. Main fundamental parts adopt high quality casting iron. Table adopts high accuracy double row roller bearing in radial for centering; in axial pump per pocket hydrostatic guide way of constant flow s adopted for supporting. Table can adopt double AC spindle motor drive; can realize high precision electric gap elimination. Toolhead ram travel adopts ballscrew pair transmission; guide way adopts pump per pocket closed type hydrostatic guide way of constant flow. Milling spindle is housed in toolhead; AC spindle motor drive; 2-shift gearbox speed change.
