HD1212/3 machine is mainly use to drilling hole of tube or boiler drum ;
Machine Purpose:
This Machine is mainly used to drill tube holes on header tube which used for boiler industry. It also could use special tools to make welding groove, greatly increase the hole's precision and drilling efficiency.
Machine Features:
The No.1 bed of this machine tool is mainly used to carry workpieces. One end of the bed is equipped with a fixed bed head, and two rectangular guide rails are laid on the plane of the bed. The bed tail can slide on it. Both the bed head and the bed tail are equipped with hydraulic three jaw chuck, which can realize the automatic centering and clamping of the drum. The clamping diameter range is Φ 780 - Φ 1200mm. The bed tail can move longitudinally to adapt to the 2-12m long drum.
The No.2 bed of this machine tool is mainly used to carry the longitudinal movement of drilling power head. The machine tool has three independent drilling power heads, which respectively rely on the longitudinal slide and the hydraulic slide to move longitudinally on the No. 2 bed.When the movement stops, it can be hydraulically locked.
The power head can realize the automatic control stroke through the hydraulic sliding table, and realize the automatic conversion of fast forward, work forward and fast backward. By adjusting the position of the non-contact switch block, it can also be realized that when the drill bit exits a certain distance at the end of the drilling, it automatically stops, without having to completely retract to the limit position, which saves man-hours and improves efficiency. The three power heads are independent and can realize automatic drilling with high efficiency and good precision. The spindle speed is adjusted by the frequency converter, and the speed is 80-200r/min, which can meet the processing requirements of different drill diameters and different drum materials. The maximum drilling diameter can reach Φ65mm, and the processing range is wide.
The front and rear supports of this machine tool can realize adaptive hydraulic clamping before and after the drum after the drum is clamped by the chuck, which improves the drilling rigidity of the drum.
