BHD700A/3 CNC high speed drilling machine for H-beams.and channel-beam steel.The drilling machine is mainly composed of several main parts such as a bed, a CNC sliding table (3), a drilling headstock (3), a clamping device, a detection device, a cooling system, and an iron filing box.
Equipment advantages:
1. The bed is welded by square steel pipes. The structure of the bed is strengthened in the place where the force is large, and the artificial aging treatment is carried out, which well guarantees the stability of the bed and the entire machine tool. Accuracy.
2. There are 3 numerical control sliding tables, and 6 numerical control axes on the three sliding tables. Each numerical control axis is guided by a precision linear rolling guide to ensure its positioning accuracy.
3. There are 3 drilling spindle boxes, which can be drilled individually or at the same time.
4. The main shaft adopts a precision main shaft, which has high rotation accuracy and good rigidity; it is driven by a variable-frequency speed-regulating motor, which has a wide range of applications. The speed can be continuously variable in a large range to meet various speed requirements.
5. The work piece is fixed by hydraulic clamping.
6. This machine is equipped with workpiece width detection and web height detection devices, which can effectively compensate the deformation of the workpiece and ensure the processing accuracy.
7. The machine tool adopts trolley feeding, which overcomes the influence of the deformation and surface quality of the workpiece itself, and the feeding accuracy is higher and more stable.
8. Cooling system: It adopts aerosol cooling, which has the functions of internal cooling and external cooling. Each drilling headstock is equipped with its own external cooling nozzle and internal cooling joint, which can be selected according to the drilling needs, internal cooling and external cooling.
