The steel bar straight thread connection scheme is to strip off a part of the longitudinal and transverse ribs at the end of the steel bar to be connected using a steel bar thread rolling machine, and then roll them directly into ordinary straight threads, which are connected with corresponding straight thread sleeves to form the connection of the steel bars.
1. The main raw material should be 45 # steel that has undergone annealing treatment
2. The appearance of the sleeve can be a machined surface or a natural surface of the material, without visible large patches of embroidery, cracks, or other defects to the naked eye.
3.The size specifications of the sleeve should comply with the JGT163-2013 standard dimensions and tolerance range.
4. The thread should be inspected with a specialized gauge, and the thread accuracy should meet 6H.
