1.Production line description
The production line is composed of: pre-opener, vibrating cotton feeding box, carding machine, cross-lapper, needle punching machine, ironing machine, trimming and winding machine.The raw material fiber is opened by the pre-opener to make the raw material fluffy. Afterwards, it is vibrated to mix the cotton box to make the raw materials more uniform. Secondly, after being combed by a carding machine, the fibers enter the cross-lapper in a net shape, and the layers of the cross-lapper are flattened, and the conveyor belt drives the fibers to enter the needle-looming machine evenly. It is made into non-woven fabrics such as felt, geotextiles, and automotive interiors. The formed non-woven fabric is ironed by an ironing machine to make the surface smoother. Finally, the non-woven fabric is finally shaped by an edge trimmer.
