Introduction
Bromelain Powder, (Bromelain), referred to as "Bromelain, also called pineapple enzyme or chicken, Bromelain Powder, Extracted from pineapple fruit stem and leaf, skin, refining, purification, concentration, Bromelain Powder, freeze drying and get a kind of pure natural plant proteinase.
