Applicable scope:
It is widely suitable for online processing of steam turbine, the gas turbine, the hydraulic turbine's oil in electric power,chemical industry, papermaking, metallurgy and so on to guarantee the unit adjusting and the normal work of the lubrication system.It used physical method remove the water, impurities and gas(acetylene, hydrogen, methane, etc), it will not change theoil components and performance.
Advantages:
1) turbine oil and water separator completely breaking the emulsion by adopt vacuum technology, molecular absorption, vacuum drying, automatically break emulsification technology.
2)Used unique ternary once dehydration method, not only remove large amounts of water from oil, but also remove trace moisture from oil, with high efficiency of dehydration and breaking the emulsion, it can let the serious turbid emulsion oil become transparent cleaning.

9)If oil acid value is too high, you can choice BZ regeneration device to mach ZJC, reduce the acid value and dielectric loss, after process, acid value ≤0.03(mgKOH/g), let quality indicator meet the standard of "GB / T 7596-2008" the operation of turbine oil quality standards ". it can demulsification, dehydration, remove acid and impurities online, let the turbid emulsified turbine oil become clear and transparent.
