Product Description

Introduction:
This product is specially formulated for the outer wrapping of compound fertilizer. Paste anti-caking agent and powder anti-caking agent are added in a certain proportion. After the addition is complete, it can ensure that the compound fertilizer does not agglomerate within 6 months.
The finished product of the paste-like anti-caking agent becomes liquid after being heated, and sprayed on the surface of the fertilizer particles with a spray nozzle at the wrapping cylinder. After spraying, heating and atomizing, the paste-like anti-caking agent adheres to the surface of the fertilizer and it will cool and solidify immediately, and then the powdered anti-caking agent will be sprayed on the surface of the wrapped fertilizer through a screw conveyor. When the paste and powder anti-caking agents are uniformly attached to the surface of the fertilizer, the fertilizer particles are isolated and do not touch each other. On the one hand, it prevents water from entering, and on the other hand prevents the formation of crystal bridges, thus solving the problem of agglomeration.

Recommended dosage:
The addition amount of paste anti-caking agent is 1.5‰~3‰, and the addition amount of powder anti-caking agent is 4‰~6‰, which saves 10% of the use cost compared with similar products in the market. It is anti-caking The effect has been extended from the traditional 3 months to more than 6 months, and the screening rate has been increased from 90% to 95% to 98%.
Caution:
According to our long-term service fertilizer experience, the use of anti-caking agents can inhibit the agglomeration of fertilizers during production, storage and transportation. However, to completely prevent the agglomeration of fertilizers, the following factors must be considered:
(1) A large amount of field experience shows that only the use of high-quality environmentally friendly paste-like compound fertilizer anti-caking agent can achieve the purpose of complete loosening.
(2) At the same temperature, use 1.5‰~3‰ paste-like anti-caking agent. Under normal conditions, the fertilizer will not agglomerate for 6 months.
