The far-infrared drying oven adopts a new far-infrared heating technology, and the far-infrared components can radiate far-infrared radiation of 2-15 microns or more after being
heated;When it is absorbed by a heated object, it can be directly converted into heat energy, thereby achieving rapid drying effects, shortening production cycles, saving energy, and improving product quality.
Precautions for using far-infrared drying oven:
1. There should be a certain amount of space in the placement area, and there should be a certain distance from the wall on all four sides. It is recommended to have at least 2 meters.
2. The arrangement of baked items should not be too dense.Do not place too dense items on the bottom hot plate of the drying oven to avoid affecting the hot air circulation.
3. It is prohibited to dry flammable, explosive, volatile, and corrosive materials.
4. After the drying process is completed, cutoff the power supply before opening the studio door;
Remember not to directly touch the items to be dried and compensated with your hands. Use specialized tools or insulated gloves to remove the items to avoid burns.
5. When in use, the temperature should not exceed the operating temperature of the far-infrared drying oven, which is generally below 250 degrees.
6. When baking items, the exhaust port at the top must be opened, and the size can be adjusted according to requirements.
7. Customers must ensure dedicated instrument control during use to prevent arbitrary operation by any personnel. To avoid problems such as chaotic operation of temperature control instruments.
Heating principle of far-infrared drying oven:
The far-infrared heating tube is located in the air ducts on both sides of the far-infrared drying oven;According to the requirements of the materials and the differences in temperature usage, it can be divided into top heating, bottom heating, and simultaneous heating on both sides.Heating power can be controlled through switch grouping! The motor uses a strong pressure air supply through an air duct to achieve a uniform temperature inside the oven.
