The Amphibious Multipurpose Dredger by HENGPENG SHIPYARD is designed to operate on soft foundations and excels in various dredging applications. Developed in collaboration with China Nanjing Conservancy Science Research Institute and utilizing advanced dredging technology, this patented dredger combines high performance with reliability. The dredger features a fully hydraulic control system, offering flexibility and convenience for various tasks.
2. Features
Hydraulic System: Equipped with a double pump and Germany Rexroth components for reliable operation.
Engine: Powered by a Cumins engine (194kW/2200RPM) with cooling equipment and turbosupercharger for enhanced performance.
Walking System: Includes separate open water pump-jet propulsion, winch wire rope pulling, and rotary telescopic working device for versatility.
Work Applications: Capable of performing five different functions including weed raking, cutter dredging, backhoe dredging, piling, and clam dredging.
Design: Incorporates a hull, front and rear legs, operating room, function room, front working arm, four-bar linkage, interchangeable equipment, suction head, hydraulic system, electrical system, and walking system
