Crucible furnace has strong fuel adaptability, can burn coal, coke, gas and so on, there is a large fuel choice space. Electric heating wire heating time up to 900, silicon carbide rod heating temperature up to 1200, lower than the fuel furnace. At the same time, its equipment cost is expensive, power consumption, smelting cost is high. But its production environment and working conditions are good, melting temperature can be precisely controlled. Suitable for aluminum and magnesium alloy smelting.
