Main Function of the High Consistency Hydrapulper:
High consistency hydrapulper is a special equipment for pulping and deinking waste paper. Beside for breaking waste paper,it can drop down fiber surface printing ink with help of chemical deinking agent and strong friction generated by rotor and high consistency pulp fiber,so as to recycle waste paper to whiteness required new paper.This equipment utilizes S-shaped rotor.When it's running,strong down-up then up-down pulp flow and circular direction pulp flow around hydrapulper body will be generated.This equipment is intermittent operation,high consistency pulping,25% power saving by upper drive design,bring in high temperature steam to help deinking.In a word,it can help to produce evenness-good,quality-high white paper.
