HG32 HF ERW Tube Mill Line
HG32 pipe welding unit is a special equipment for the production of straight seam welded pipe and cold formed section steel in metallurgy, construction, transportation, machinery, vehicle and other industries.
It takes specification steel strip as raw material and produces round pipe and square rectangular pipe of required specifications through cold formed and high-frequency welding methods.
Technical flow:
Steel coil → Double head uncoiler → Shear and welding → Accumulator → Forming section → H.F. induction welding → Deburr frame → Cooling unit → Sizing unit and straightener → Flying saw under computer control → Run out table → Inspecting → Packing → Warehouse
