SZFM-1100 Automatic Water-based Laminating Machine
The functional design of SZFM-1100A automatic water-based laminating machine is humanized and automated. Color touch screen makes the control of mechanics, electrics, pneumatics and photoelectricity much more simple and convenient. Pre-stacker feeder, electric film lifer etc. automated equipments improve further the machine working efficiency. SCHNEIDER, OMRON etc international brands of electrical and photovoltaic parts equipped perfect the running stability and safety of the laminator. For high efficiency of water-base lamination, this model is an excellent choice.

Product Configuration
1.Automatic paper feeder adopts oil-free vacuum pump to feed paper automatically. And paper can be added even when the machine is kept running.
2.Automatic paper feeding system is equipped with no paper protector, paper break protector and paper superposing protector, which are controlled by photoelectric and mechanical systems. When no paper, paper break or paper superposition occurs, the machine will stop automatically for self-protection.
3.Conveying table is furnished with air aspirator, side lay and front lay etc. to guarantee paper conveying and overlap stable and regular, and paper feeding precision can be perfected effectively.
4.Automated operation is controlled by PLC system. Color touch screen simplifies the machine operation.
5.Transmission system equipped SCHNEIDER frequency converter for continuously speed variation. Speed adjustment is more stable and accurate.
6.Dip coating saves glue, and ensures glue coating homogenized. And the thickness of glue coating is adjustable.
7.Glue supplying system supplies and recycles water-base glue automatically for water-base lamination.
8.Electric lifter of film roller settles the loading trouble of big and heavy film roll.
9.Film cutter cuts film width to make it meet paper size. The cut film is left on the film release spindle.
10.Serrated perforating wheel perforates film edge for the automatic cut of laminated paper.
11.PHILIPS IR drying lights guarantee smooth working in damp atmosphere.
12.Automatic rewinder can roll up laminated paper automatically. And magnetic powder clutch is equipped on the rewinder to make the adjustment of rewinding tension more convenient and effective.
Note: The winded paper shall be put on cutting machine for automatic cut.
