Application
Such 0-180degree rotating spindle cnc router can make different surface carving, arc-surface milling, bending surface machining for 4D jobs,like special shaped arts, bend doors or cabinets, also can make horizontal milling,cutting and drilling works.
Also widely used for :carve and cut on any kind of Foam (EPS) , do 2D and 3D dimension processing.
Applied in material like Solid wood, MDF, foam, plastic, stone, aluminium, copper, PVC and other hard and soft materials.

1. Welded strong steel tube structure as a whole with vibration temper aging treatment ensures no deformation for long time.

2. Heavy lathe bed adopts strong square steel tube to avoid the distortion.
3. 700mm Z-axis feeding height & effective travelling for heavy and thick materials.
4. Spindle rotated 180 degree, you can make 2D/3D/4D carving on curved surface, arc-surface,bending surface, larger dimension mould, statues, sculptures, cylinders and so on...
5.Powerful 9KW China HQD ATC air cooling spindle , can move 0-180 degree.

6. Japan Yaskawa 850W servo motor and driver for XYZ-axis, ensuring the processing speed & precision.

7.Japan Shimpo Reducer for servo motor, used for replace traditional rack and belt,to make machine more powerful and stable.

8. 4 axis SYNTEC 6MB control system with industrial control system and hand wheel, safe and reliable operation, efficient speed to read the code, and have the online analog functions, on-line monitoring function to ensure efficient and safe processing.
9. Adopted the advanced Linear ATC system which can change 12 pieces tools intelligently. Tools changing time is within 10 seconds greatly improved production efficiency.
10. Imported Hiwin Taiwan diameter 30mm linear guide rail with Ball bearing slide block which ensure High Weight capacity, high precision, smooth and steady running.
11.Vacuum adsorption and dust collection system: vacuum adsorption table, adopted bakelite table, high density, no deformation and high adsorption, can for different size materials adsorption, saving time compared the traditional mechanical plate fixing; Dust collector helps to suck the dust, milling dust, saw dust during processing, keeping the working table cleaning and ensuring the machine long time using.
