1、 Overview
SSQ series clinker aggregate truck bulk machine is a kind of equipment which can automatically transport clinker aggregate (≤ 50mm) to clinker bulk truck and ship from warehouse. The bulk cement clinker aggregate bulk equipment at the bottom of SZT silo (see Figure 1) is mainly composed of manual rod valve, electric fan-shaped valve (or pneumatic gate valve), winch, telescopic discharge device, dust collection hose, capacitive limit switch, electric control system, etc. Users can also choose bulk equipment for clinker aggregate at the side of the warehouse.

Note: the machine can meet the user's requirements of material temperature and particle size by changing the material.
3、 How it works
When the transport tool enters the loading position, open the rod valve and the corresponding number of bars. Press and hold down the "drop button" of the control cabinet. After the blanking head is in place, the power supply of the lifting motor will be automatically disconnected. Press the "loading button" to enter the unloading state, and the auxiliary equipment will start to work accordingly. The dust generated by unloading will enter the dust collector for purification through the telescopic dust collection hose through the feeding hopper. When the material of the lower material head is full, the blanking head will rise and alarm while the rising distance should be before the loading Setting: if the rising distance is 1 m, the time of time breaker is adjusted to t = 1 / v. During the rising process, the loading is always in progress. When the lower material head is full, repeat the above actions. After reaching the full material position, press the stop button to reverse brake the electric vibrator, or close the sector valve to stop blanking. After parking, press the up button to make the hopper away from the material for a certain distance to ensure the displacement of the transport tool, and then align with the second unloading station. Until the whole bin is full.
