The diaphragm compressor is driven by the motor, rotates the crankshaft through the belt pulley, and then passes through the connecting rod to make the piston in the oil cylinder move back and forth in a straight line, push the oil fluid and make the diaphragm vibrate back and forth. Under the control of the inlet and exhaust valve, each vibration of the diaphragm completes an inlet and exhaust process. When the membrane press works, a small amount of oil in the oil cylinder leaks into the oil tank through the gap between the piston ring, the cylinder wall and the ring groove. In order to compensate this part of the oil quantity, so that the diaphragm can cling to the cylinder head surface at the end of the compressor stroke and drain the compression medium, the compensation oil pump injects the oil into the oil cylinder during the suction process of the membrane compressor, and the oil quantity is slightly more than the leakage quantity. The excess oil quantity flows back to the crankcase through the pressure regulating valve controlling the oil pressure at the end of the compressor stroke.
Because the diaphragm completely separates the cylinder from the oil cylinder, the compressed medium does not contact with the oil, so as to avoid oil pollution and ensure the purity of the compressed medium. The cylinder is composed of cylinder head surface and diaphragm. It is a closed cavity, so it has good sealing.
Diaphragm compressor is a reciprocating compressor with special structure. It has large compression ratio and good sealing. The compressed gas is not polluted by lubricating oil and other solid impurities. It is suitable for compressing gases with high purity, rare and precious, flammable and explosive, toxic and harmful, corrosive and high pressure.
Product advantages:
1. High compression efficiency: due to the design of membrane cavity curve, the volume efficiency is large. The membrane surface treatment technology improves the working efficiency of the compressor, achieves high efficiency ratio, and makes the filling speed more effective.
2. High purity gas compression: the gas is sealed with the outside world, which can achieve high sealing performance. The compressed gas has the same purity as when entering the compressor.
3. Low maintenance rate: the compressor adopts pressure lubrication, the compressor parts are well lubricated with hydraulic oil, and the wear of moving parts is reduced to a low value, so the maintenance rate is low.
5. Good performance of oil pump system: the built-in oil supply and pressure regulating system with complete functions provides stable pressure and clean quality lubricating oil for compressor lubrication and oil cylinder work, and ensures no leakage of oil circuit system and stable oil supply.
6. Diaphragm alarm and oil pressure alarm: diaphragm alarm device and low lubricating oil pressure alarm can be customized to alarm when the compression medium leaks, so as to improve the reliability of the whole machine. Make the compressor run safely and reliably;
7. Beautification treatment: surface treatment is adopted for cylinder head bolts, nuts and joints; All oil pipes and coolers are made of stainless steel pipes to make the whole machine beautiful.
8. Good cooling conditions of the compressor: water jackets are set on the middle body, cylinder block and cylinder head to cool the compressor oil well, so as to improve the mechanical performance of the compressor;
9. The structure of the whole machine is compact and reasonable: it is concentrated on a skid mounted chassis, which is convenient for equipment transportation, installation and maintenance; Stable and reliable operation, low vibration and low noise. Humanized instrument interface, middle body window and simple oil, water and gas pipeline.
