POE film production line features
It is very similar to EVA film equipment. EVA film production equipment can produce POE film normally with a little modification
1. salivation extruder adopts multi-machine co-extrusion POE single screw extrusion, screw barrel constant temperature circulating water cooling system, roller body part adopts double-sided embossing.
2. The cooling part adopts cooling roller and stress-relief cold bed to make the film run smoothly and set fully, ensuring the shrinkage rate is less than 3%.
3. The whole line adopts PLC automatic control to realize the operation of human-machine interface.
4. The production line is equipped with online quality monitoring and control system to ensure the product qualification rate.
5. Design micro tension winder.
