720D Spandex for Baby Diaper Product Description 1.Covered yarn is made of spandex/latex covered by various nylon/polyester outer. Its advantage is flexible ,comfortable, non-crinkle. Spandex yarn is widely used in hygiene products.

3.Characteristic

1). Every yarn is made of several spun yarns which is uniform tension.

2). Recilient force of every Dtex(g/10000m) is 3 times than elastics (0.024foece,gram/unit).

3). The Stess and Strain curves is more smooth. Keeping smooth resiliency force in the effective area (20%-30% elongation).

4. Wide elongation area. The uniform design specification of elastic force is from 2.0-4.0 times elongation.

2. High strength, high elastic modulus, breaking elongation may reach 550% or above, good wear resistance
3. High temperature resistant, heat setting temperature 190°C, good chromaticity
4. Even denier, low tensile stress, high elastic recovery percentage, good for medium and high-class fabric
