Our KSTY series automatic hydraulic press machine are widely used for pressing any powder into block/tablet, such as metallurgy, ceramics, electromagnetic products, food, disinfectants, mothballs, detergent. It is a kind large hydraulic tablet press of four-pillar structure, and it can achieve the press of Multi-cavity molds, pressure-holding function, which actively increase the production capacity.
One of its popular applications is used to produce animal licking salt/mineral blocks in 1kg 2kg 5kg 10kg 15kg even in 30kg.
KSTY series automatic hydraulic tablet press's hydraulic system is in SSAN brand from Taiwan, electronic control system uses PLC and HMI(Human Machine Interaction). Running Time can be adjusted according to real situation, and of two operating way, including automatic and semi-automatic.
Automatic hydraulic tablet press is consisted of two big parts, main body and hydraulic station, which are connected through main pipeline and electrical devices.
