1. The needle punching machine unit consists of one simple tearing machine GM400,
one simple carding machine GM450 with chute feeder, 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 sets needle punching machine
with winder and cutter GMZ2600.
The necessary parts include 1set Fan motor, 3sets Main motors, 3sets Speed reducers and
1 set Electric control panel board.
2. The needle punching machine unit can make non woven fabric; It can convert fleeciness fiber or
cotton into needle punched cotton, such as sofa cushion, spring mattress, carpeting and blanket.
3. Working width adjustable; Thickness adjustable.

The machine adopts crankshaft balance oil tank, automatic circulaation and imbrications. with up
and down integrity, compact and unipue structure, convenient frequency ad well as its efficiency.
