Product details:
Infusion Set for Single Use is composed with piercing device, air filter, outer conical fitting, drip chamber, tube, flud regulator, medicine injection component, medicine filter. In which tube is manufactured with medical grade sotf PVC by extrusion molding; plastic piercing device, outer conical fitting, medicine filter, metal piercing device hub is manufactured with ABS by injection molding, flux regulator is manufactured with medical grade PE by injection molding; medicine filter membrane and air filter membrane are manufactured with fiber; drip chamber is manufactured with medical grade PVC by injection molding; tube and drip chamber are transparent.

	Drip chamber and drip tube	Distance between tip of drip tube and drip chamber exit shall not less than 40mm; distance between drip tube and medicine filter shall not less than 20mm; distance between drip chamber inner wall and drip tube end external wall shall not less than 5mm; under 23±2ºC, flux is 50 drips /min±10 drips /min, 20 drips from drip tube or 60 drips distilled water shall be 1ml±0.1ml. drip chamber shall can introduce the medicine from infusion container into Infusion Set for Single Use by its elastics, the outer volume shall not less than 10mm, wall thickness average shall not less than 10mm.
	Flow regulator	Adjustment travel route not less than 30mm.
	Infusion flow rate	Under 1m static pressure, the Infusion Set for Single Use with 20 drips /min of drip tube, the output of NaCl solution in 10min shall not less than 1000ml; for the Infusion Set for Single Use with 60 drips /min drip tube, the output of NaCl solution in 40min shall not less than 1000ml
	Injection component	If there is such component, leakage of water shall not more than 1 drip.
	Outer conical fitting	There shall be a outer conical fitting on the end of soft tube which complying with ISO594-2.
	Protective cap	Protective cap shall protect piercing device.
