Food grade PU belt: Standard configuration equipped with food grade white PU belt, blue anti-microbial belt and anti-sticking belt are optionally available.6. High quality electric components are adopted in control system; intelligent PLC, touch screen and wonderful HMI, make the operation easy and intuitive. Structure Features1. Composition: separating conveyor, automatic feeding unit and automatic packing machine.2. Working Process:The separating conveyors separate the products first, and then the guarding plate distribute the products to automatic feeding line, after that the products are transmitted orderly to the packing machine for packaging. 3. Packing speed:200-300 bags per minute per machine (Depend on the products).4. Power:The whole packing line adopts power supply of 50 HZ 220v, total power of one packing line is 6KW .
