Automatically/Manually/Lever/Crown Bar Type Permanent Lifter with Large Lifting Capacity YC/YX Series
Permanent lifter is made up of two parts, permanent sucker and discharge device.
The permanent sucker is made up of permanent magnet and magnet-conductive plate.
The magnetic force line generated by the permanent magnet will go through the magnet-conductive plate, attracted maerials and form a closed circuit thus to achieve the purpose of lifting the steel materials. It has the characteristics of strong attraction force, little volume, low weight, high energy-saving, reliable operation and long serving life. It is suitable for being used to lift and transport magnet-conductive billets, plates and rounds in industries of mechanical engineering, metallurgy, shipyard, car factory, doc and etc.
It can be used as single unit or combination of multi-units.
According to the different releasing modes, it can be divided into YX2,YX3,YC1,YC2 Series and so on.
YX2 series adopts the ratchet wheel/crown bar type structure and can automatically complete the operations of attracting and releasing, which is suitable for being used to handle short and thick plates.
YX3 series adopts the lever/crown bar type structure and control the releasing manually, which is suitable for being used to handle long and thin plates in combination of multi-units.
YC1 series can complete the operations of attracting and releasing by shifting the magnetic circuit manually, which is suitable for being used to handle small-sized plates.
YC2 series adopts ratchet wheel to shift the magnetic circuit and automatically complete the operations of attracting and releasing.
YX series has requirements of the external dimensions and weight of the attracted material.
YC series has no special requirements.
