Colorful PP foam gift ribbon film sheet extruder machine
PP foam ribbon film sheet extruson machine is develped by YAOAN. It can produce PP ribbon film of large width, uniform thickness, bright color and high output. New technology is using T-Die extrusion and calender forming to ensure product thickness with high precision. It changed traditional single and double cavities ribbon strap production method which can increase production capacity, reduce energy consuption, it greatly improving production efficiency and effectiveness. Product width: 800-1200mm. thickness of 0.08-0.2mm (special requirement can be customized.)
Customer can slit this sheet to small width ribbon sheet for packing use. It also can be used to make decoration flowers and other product. This ribbon film sheet can be printed, you can make many different shinning surface.

1).Delivery: We will assemble the line before delivery and invite you come to our factory to
inspect the equipment. When you accept the quality of the line then we will deliver it.
2).Training and Installation:
When you receive the whole equipment, we will send 1-2 engineers to your factory for
installation and testing the we will train some skill workers for you.
3).In the following year if you have any problems of the equipment you can send email to us
then we will send the professional engineers to help you to solve the problems.
4).Welcome you to inspect our company.
Packaging and shipping

PACKAGING	plastic film + stretch film + wooden case + drying agent.
DELIVERY	About 80 days (all new parts)
SHIPPING	We place and fix the machines well into container and check carefully before closing the container so as to ensure everything is ok for the shipment. (Use steel wire to fix machine and drying agent). We care each and every point so that our clients could receive the machines in perfect situation.

A1: The guarantee period of our machine is 12 months after the machine is installed well in buyer's factory;
Q2: What package do you use for the machine?
A2: Painted the machine with anti-corrosion oil, and then covered with plastic film, and then packed into wooden case or fixed onto wooden pallet as per clients' requirements, or shall be loaded into container with film packing. After fixed all machines, we will use drying agent to keep container inside dry.
Q3: Do you have instruction manual to guide us if i buy the machine?
A3: Yes, we supply detailed user manual for your reference. PLS read it carefully for guide. If there is still problem which could not be solved, PLS contact us, we are ready to help you anytime.
Q4: What is your service to overseas clients?
