GF125 tubular centrifuge
The centrifuge is composed of main body, driving device, bowl, collecting liquid tray and inlet liquid bearing seat.The upper part of the bowl is a flexible spindle and the bottom part is a damped floating bearing connect, the motor through the belt, tension wheel will transfer power to the passive wheel, so that the bowl around its axis of high-speed rotation,forming a strong centrifugal force field.The material is injected from the bottom liquid inlet, and the centrifugal force forces the material and liquid to flow upward along the inner wall of the rotating bowl, and is stratified due to the density
difference of different components of the material and liquid.
GF type, the high density liquid phase will forming the outer ring, and the low density liquid phase will forming the inner ring. The liquid phase flows to the upper part of the bowl and is discharged from the respective liquid outlet. Trace solid deposits are deposited on the wall of the bowl and discharged manually after the machine stops.

GF type: used for separating various emulsions, especially for liquid-liquid separation with a small proportion of two-phase and liquid-liquid-solid separation with a small amount of impurities, such as transformer oil, turbine oil,lubricating oil, fuel oil, dye, grease, saponification, all kinds of powder materials, all kinds of oral liquid, all kinds of pharmaceutical liquid, 920 separation; Separation of plasma biological drugs and extraction of plasma from animal blood; Edible oil, CAI pan soak liquid, tea Phenol, soybean concentrated phospholipid refining, oil and water separation and sewagetreatment.
Oil-Water Tubular Centrifuge
Applicant for separation of vegetable oil, animal oil, mineral oil and biodiesel oil which is oil water or oil water particle separation.
Blood Separation Tubular Centrifuge
Used for separating human blood and pig blood, chicken blood, duck blood, cow blood and other animal blood, and extracting plasma and blood cells.
